1. About Us

Emmar is an independent retail business based in Zimbabwe, curating and selling luxury-inspired bags and accessories. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an authorised dealer for any designer or luxury fashion brand.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees.
• An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment gateway (Linkwa).
• If payment is not completed within 24 hours of placing an order, the order may be cancelled automatically.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled paid orders.

3. Collection & Delivery

Emmar currently operates on a collection-only model. Orders are not posted or couriered.

• Your collection date is estimated at 4 business days from the date your order is confirmed and paid.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
• Please bring proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) when collecting.
• Uncollected orders will be held for 7 days after the collection date. After this period, the order may be forfeited without refund.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of collection if the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after collection are not eligible for a return or exchange.
• We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Store credit or an exchange may be offered at our discretion.
• Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be exchanged at no additional cost.

5. Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• All products are described as luxury-inspired fashion items. No product is represented as an authentic designer brand item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Emmar or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written consent.

7. Privacy & Data

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and phone number solely for the purpose of processing and confirming your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process your payment through our payment provider.

By using this website you consent to this data being collected and used for order fulfilment and customer service purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Emmar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from any purchase made through it. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
